SMOKE HOUSE ROASTS

All roasts are prepared with masterful seasonings, paste rubs and time tested marinades that set them apart from the main stream. Each roast is then delicately slow smoked to achieve maximum flavor and juicy tenderness. We will hand carve tableside or pre slice all roasts and offer three side dishes with a choice of bread. Each selection includes appropriate condiments and sauces.
